A: No. We only have one location in Columbia, MD.

A: No, we are not a cGMP or GLP company, as we do not manufacture clinical grade material. All of our products, whether standard or custom, are for research/manufacturing use only.
Q: Can we order from multiple lots?
A: It is common for certain catalog products to have multiple lots available at a given time. If it is not available, we can create a custom quote for you.
Q: Why do you have minimum order requirements for custom products?
A: We have minimum order requirements for custom products because it is more cost effective for the customer. Most of the time, it costs the same to produce one vial as it would 10 vials.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: How can I tell if a product is out of stock?
A: There will be a notification and an option to be notified once the material is available on that product’s page of the website.
Q: What do the terms FOB shipping point/FOB origin and FCA shipping point mean?
A: FOB shipping point or FOB origin is used for domestic shipments and indicates that the buyer pays shipping costs and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave the seller’s premises. FCA is the term used for international shipments. It means the seller hands the goods over to buyer’s designated carrier (pre-cleared for export) at the seller’s premises. Cost and risk change from buyer to seller as soon as the goods are accepted and signed for by the buyer’s designated carrier.
Q: Do you use a particular freight company?
