Mouse MAb to the glycoprotein gp82/105 of HHV-6A originating from hybridoma cell culture supernatant and is concentrated by ultrafiltration.

Reactive in IFA, immunoprecipitation and Western blot.

Does not cross react with HHV-6B.

If used in conjunction with the HHV-6 A/B MAb gp 116/64/54, can differentially identify HHV-6A or HHV-6 B isolates and also can be used to detect late protein expression in HHV-6A infected cells.

This MAb can be used in IFA or IHC detection systems.
