PCR Analysis of DNA Control:
PCR analysis was performed on infected cell DNA using the Applied Biosystems Core Reagents PCR Kit and primers specific to the gag gene of HIV-1
IIIB . The reaction produced a 114 bp fragment. The PCR product was visualized on a 1.0% agarose gel using EtBr staining.
