Placing Your First Order

To establish credit, you may complete the Credit Application Form and fax it to ABI.
Acceptable methods for prepaying your first ABI purchase include: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Shipments

ABI values your time. Shipments are made F.O.B. Columbia, Maryland, using the best and most efficient routing determined by ABI. In order to maintain a safe environment, biohazardous materials are shipped after ABI receives a signed Acceptance of Responsibility Form. Adjustments

We are happy to provide you with an excellent experience! In order to better assist our customers, ABI welcomes all feedback on our products and services. All adjustments to orders are fully assessed by ABI. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact ABI’s Customer Service Department. When requesting return authorization, please include your purchase order number, our invoice number, product description, catalog number, and lot number.
