PCR Analysis of DNA Control: PCR analysis was performed on infected cell DNA using the PE Biosystems Core Reagents PCR Kit and primers specific to the gag gene of HIV-1IIIB. The reaction produced a 114 bp fragment.
Application: Suitable for standard PCR; not for use in quantitative PCR.
