Note: HeLa cell DNA is reported to contain approximately 25-50 copies of integrated HPV-18 DNA per cell.
Concentration: 50 ng/μl
Suspending Buffer: 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0
PCR Analysis of DNA Control: PCR analysis was performed on purified HeLa DNA using the PE Biosystems GeneAmp® Gold PCR Reagent Kit and primers specific for HPV-18. The reaction produced a 140 bp fragment from the E6 region of HPV-18.
DNA Quantitation: DNA concentration was determined by fluorescence using PicoGreen®.
Application: Suitable for standard PCR; not for use in quantitative PCR.

This product is shipped frozen on dry ice. Store at -20°C upon receipt. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles as product degradation may result.*Note: Upon thawing, centrifuge the vial for a few seconds to remove residual droplets from the lid.
