Preparation of Lysate: EBV B95-8 purified virus adjusted to a protein concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/ml and Triton X-100 added to a final concentration of 0.1% in TNE buffer.
Protein Concentration: [varies by lot] mg/ml by Pierce BCA protein method using BSA standard. Alternative methods for determining protein concentration may give different values.
Functional Activity: Reactive in Western blot using MAb to EBNA-1. Reactive in ELISA with MAbs to EBNA-1, gp125, and p160.
