Product Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody to the envelope protein gp120 of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1). This antibody originates from ascites fluids and is purified by protein A agarose affinity chromatography.

Fill Volume: Varies by lot.

Protein Concentration: Determined by BCA Assay using Bovine Gamma Globulin (BGG) as the standard. Alternative methods for determining protein concentration may give different results.

Presentation: Purified IgG supplied in PBS, pH 7.4.

Isotype: IgG1

Purity: 95% pure as estimated by analysis of Coomassie blue stained SDS-PAGE.

Functional Activity: Broadly reactive with HIV-1 isolates in HIV-1 (strains IIIB, MN, RF, 451, and RUT) Western Blot (non-reducing conditions) and ELISA assays. Use 5µg per assay in Western Blot.
