Product Description: Mouse monoclonal antibody to the capsid protein p27 (epitope homologous to HIV-1 & -2 proteins) of Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIVmac251). This antibody originates from ascites fluids and is purified by protein A Sepharose affinity chromatography.

Protein Concentration: Determined by BCA Assay using Bovine Gamma Globulin (BGG) as the standard. Alternative methods for determining protein concentration may give different results.
