Product Description: Rabbit polyclonal antibody to the envelope protein gp120 (env) of HIV-1IIIB (Clade B). This antibody is supplied as undiluted hyper-immune serum from rabbit.

Immunogen: Immunoaffinity purified HIV-1IIIB gp120 (Clade B) from infected cell lysate. Purity was >90% as assessed by Coomassie blue stained SDS-PAGE

Presentation: Undiluted rabbit hyperimmune serum.

Functional Activity: Broadly reactive with gp120 of a number of HIV-1 isolates. Reactive in ELISA (Titer: > or = 100,000 using purified HIVIIIB gp120) and in Western blot (reacts with HIV-1IIIB Lysate [above 1:1000 dilution]).

This product is shipped frozen on dry ice. Store at -20°C upon receipt. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles as product degradation may result.
