Rabbit anti-Vaccinia Polyclonal
Product Description: Purified polyclonal rabbit anti-Vaccinia virus IgG. This polyclonal antibody originates from sera of rabbits hyperimmunized by injection of live Vaccinia virus and is purified by Protein G agarose chromatography. This lot of purified IgG has been adsorbed with uninfected Vero cells. Hyperimmune anti-Vaccinia serum and this lot of purified IgG have been found to test negative for infectious Vaccinia virus following serial passage in Vero cell culture.

Functional Activity: ELISA: Using Vaccinia, Lister strain UV-Inactivated virus (ABI Catalog #10-253-000), ELISA titer was 51,200 units/mL (A unit is defined as the reciprocal dilution that gives an absorbance of 0.500 in our test system)
